The 104th Millrose Games will be held Januray 28th at Madison Square Garden. 

There have been some changes to the qualifying procedures over the last few years and there
are once again some small changes.

2011 Millrose Games Qualifying Procedures

No team can qualify for more than one relay or even run in more than one relay qualifying race.

For example, you can not run in the CHSAA 4x800m and the Suburban 4x400 trials.
