SYRACUSE, N.Y. – The Syracuse University women's track & field team was named a 2010 Division I All-Academic squad by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA). Syracuse ranked 10th among the 151 institutions who earned the distinction as a result of compiling a cumulative team GPA of 3.0 or better.

The Orange earned a cumulative GPA of 3.45 in the recent spring semester. The BIG EAST led all conferences as 12 of its members received All-Academic honors, including DePaul, Georgetown, Marquette, Rutgers, St. John's, Syracuse, Cincinnati, Connecticut, Louisville, USF, Villanova, and West Virginia.
