How Close Were We To The Boys Freshman Indoor Records?

It's been a busy indoor Season, and the records have been under threat since Day 1. However, some have been more so than others.

Starting with our youngest athletes, we looked at the Final Season bests by Freshman this year, and graded how close they were to breaking the Freshman State Record.

We were in luck! Tristan Acevedo (Susan Wagner) came in clutch during his final Indoor Meet of the Season, and broke the Freshman State Record for the Mile on Conversion, running at Nike Indoor Nationals. No surprise that he was the closest to breaking another record, with his mark in the 1000m.
