Men's Relay Squad Earns Top-15 Finish

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. - Syracuse University closed out its run at the prestigious Penn Relays on Saturday, Apr. 24 at the University of Pennsylvania's Franklin Field with a top-15 finish.
The last event of the meet for the Orange was the men's 4xMile 'Championship of America' relay. The Syracuse team of graduate student Jeff Scull, seniors Dan Busby and Brad Miller and sophomore Tito Medrano finished 11th among some of the country's top teams. The Syracuse squad registered a total time of 16:38.20, with Busby clocking the fastest leg (4:04.2).
Oregon took the 4xMile crown, followed by Auburn and Michigan.
Syracuse has its last tune-up before the BIG EAST Outdoor Championships when it travels to the Big Red Cornell Invitational on Sunday, April 25.
