In this week's Workout Wednesday, we filmed with the nation's top returning triple and long jumper, Aiden Bryant. Bryant will be attending Princeton in the fall, but looks to make one final splash in his 2026 senior indoor and outdoor track seasons. He will compete against some of the nation's best this weekend at The VA Showcase, one of the top high school meets in the nation every year.
