New York is two weeks deep into its' Cross Country Season, and the major players are starting their ramp up out of the long days of Summer Mileage. Each week, the MileSplit NY crew will nominate multiple athletes and allow you to vote for the Runner of the Week. This week's poll will close on Friday (September 19th) at Noon.

Ibrahim Ford (Colonie) - Went #2 All-Time at Letchworth, the course that holds the Section 5 Championship for the past few years.
Sam Ryland (Xavier) - Won his home Invitational 20-seconds faster than his former teammate a year before, a team that made NXN.
Ryan Maher (Auburn) - For the third invite in a row, he led his teammate Owen Gasper 1-2 in a major performance.
Leo Shostal (Warwick) - Broke the Sophomore Course Record at the Suffern Invite, held in NJ due to construction.
