RESULTS

Boston, MA - The Wagner foursome of senior James Johnston (Middle Island, NY / Longwood), classmate Kevin Kearney (Haddonfield, NY / St. Joe's Prep), junior Derek Schultz (Ocean Port, NJ / Shore Regional) and sophomore Thomas Iannacone (Havertown, PA / St. Joe's Prep) ran a school-record shattering 10:03.63 in the men's distance medley relay at the ECAC Championships at Boston University.

Iannacone capped the fastest Seahawk showing with a blazing 4:14 mile split in the season-ending relay. On the year, the four-member relay has now shaved just over 16 seconds off the previous record of 10:20.09 set in 1981.

Wagner finished 12th out of 27 teams while falling just short of the nine-team final.

The men's indoor track and field season is now complete with the outdoor season starting on March 20 at Stockton College.
