Staten Island, NY – Track and Field Head Coach Joe Stasi is proud to announce his latest signee, Cameo Kirk. In three years Kirk, a New Jersey native, established herself as one of the top 400 meter runners in the area. She will join the Seahawks next season after completing her senior year at Shore Regional High School in West Long Branch, NJ.

On Saturday, Kirk finished first in the CJ I 400 with a time of 1:02.17 at the NJSIAA Central Group I Championships held at the John Bennett Indoor Athletic Complex in Toms River, NJ. Kirk also finished on top in the 800 meter dash with a time of 2:27.08 and helped the Blue Devils to a 4:18.76 mark in the 4x400 meter relay. Her team placed second in the event with 62 total points.

Wagner's all-time records for 400 meter dash are 1:00.51 (Indoor) and 58.25 (Outdoor). For the 800 meter dash Wagner's all-time record are 2:17.48 (Indoor) and 2:15.03 (Outdoor).
