USA vs. The World: 2025 New York International Showcase

Sprints

Boys Headline: Cole Cramer (Brooks PR 100m Champ) vs. Johan-Ramaldo Smith (CARFITA 100m Champ)

Girls Headline: Lisa Raye (US #2 for 55m) vs. Amaya Mearns (Australian U17 Record Holder for 100m)

Both races too stacked to fit into a singular headline. Cole Cramer (Manhawkin, NJ) ran 10.22 to win the Brooks PR 100m dash last Spring. But he'll face off against CARIFTA Champ Johan-Ramaldo Smith (Muschette JAM), who's gone 10.49 as a 16 year old. Smith isn't the only international medalist, as Jake Odey-Jordan (Archbishop Carroll) took home Silver and Bronze representing the UK at World U20's, and is entered. Jamal Stephenson (Calabar) has also clocked a 10.41 last year, and is entered. Rounding out the field is Shaun McCoullum, who holds the PA State Record for 200m.

The Girls field is equally loaded. Lisa Raye (West Warwick) is the top returning athlete over 60m, and the reigning Indoor National Champion. But another National Champion from Australia will be in the field, Amaya Mearns. She's ranked #6 in the World for the U18 200m, and is ready to run at Ocean Breeze. Raye's PR of 11.21 for 100m wind-legal matches that of Jamaica's Shanoya Douglas (Muschette), who is also the Jamaican National Champion over 200m at 22.59. Ryan Jennings (Timber Creek) is NJ #2 All-Time in the 100m at 11.33, and will be running too.
