New York finally opened its' Cross Country Season and there were some incredible performances this past weekend. Each week, the MileSplit NY crew will nominate multiple athletes and allow you to vote for the Runner of the Week. This week's poll will close on Friday (September 27th) at 10:00 pm EST.

Tsadia Bercuvitz (Ithaca) - Broke the Course Record at Baldwinsville, earning a 150 Speed Rating.
Sloan Wasserman (John Jay-Cross River) - Almost a full minute victory over the field at the Dan Purdy Invite.
Emilia O'Leary (East Aurora) - Won her home Invitational over a strong field.
Naomi Douglas (LaGuardia) - The only athlete under 20mins at Sunken Meadow, running 18:57.5
