Summary

This race is full of contingencies. If Saratoga finishes with their Top 5 intact, which they did not at Suburbans, it's projected to come out 37-39. If you score it based on the rankings, they tie at 41-41, with Bethlehem winning on the tie-breaker. Bethlehem is the better overall team, having six interchangeable runners for five neccesary slots. Saratoga has more experience, peaking at the right time over many, many years. Our gut says to go with the team that can win the tie-breaker, but it's hard to argue with Saratoga's ability to peak. If there is any sickness on Saratoga's part, they can't recover, but if they are at full strength, they get the minor nod, knowing full well we could be wrong.
