Section 4 Boys
Class A
Rank | Team | Avg SR | Spread | Top Runners |
1 | Ithaca | 169.2 | 21 | Hubisz, Hilker, Woods, Shaw, Nadasdy |
2 | Corning | 162 | 25 | Cornfield, Boutwell, Mahoney, Homa, Ferratella |
3 | Horseheads | 133.4 | 17 | Gulati, Hornsby, Williams, Zhou, Kowal |
4 | Binghamton | 120.6 | 58 | Sierra, Guba, Gibb, Steed, Edwards |
Summary
Despite the disparity in team strength, this race becomes interesting with the lack of competing teams among the Top 10. The meet is essentially a dual meet at the top, one of which we saw Corning take a win at earlier this at STAC. However, Ithaca was without a runner at that meet, and should he return for this elimination meet, the next five Corning runners should go as individuals.

3 | Union Endicott | 130.6 | 35 | Mayer, Diamantakos, Luti |
Summary
This race is a true toss-up, with the age-old compression vs. front-runner battle. Owego has the talent up front, but it's Vestal who will try to pack in the number. It's all about how many runners can split OFA's top athlete, and Vestal's top pack that will decide the meet.
