Collegiate (Dutchmen)
Outlook: Losing top runner Ben Davis along with two other guys from the varsity is tough, but Collegiate may still have a good enough balance to defend its NYSAIS title with a few of last year's younger runners coming up to help out the senior corps led by Luke Noonan and Nolan White.
Trinity (Tigers)
Outlook: The Tigers did rebound at the Federation meet after falling back quite a ways for a 2nd at NYSAIS from their Ivy Prep meet win. Losing last year's conference champ Nikhil Denatale to graduation will hurt even though Ronan Luff returns as team leader in his senior year after a fantastic 11th place at Federation. As with all of the teams, young talent needs to be developed for the back of the lineup.
Hackley (Hornets)
Outlook: The Hornets are not very deep, but they have a young squad that could go title hunting if some more young runners can be brought in behind juniors Asher Beck and Travis Knaggs.
Riverdale Country Day (Falcons)
Last Year's Summary: 5th in NYSAIS
Outlook: It's hard to say what the ceiling is for the Falcons, but they have everyone back from last year's varsity on a very young team, and that often spells some good potential for growth.
Dalton (Tigers)
Outlook: The Tigers will need to fill out the squad behind frontrunner Luke Rosten after losing Connor Rust from last year's team.
