All this week, we'll be cracking open the record books, to see where we stand at this point in history. It gives the current generation plenty to shoot for when approaching the dog days of Summer Training. Soon, the Fall air will be here, and they'll be able to etch their names on the record lists.
Today we look at Genesee Valley Park, home of the famed McQuaid Invitational. One of the longest running invites across the state of New York, McQuaid has been bringing the best of the best upstate to take on the hills of Rochester. The meet has seen an uptick in the more recent years, with both course records going down in the last decade. See what it takes to break through below.
