Summary:  In 2019 a heavily favored Cornwall team was beaten 45-63 by a Monroe-Woodbury squad that posted a 110 speed rating on the day to capture the S9-A championship from the then reigning States B champion after the Green Dragons moved up. This year only Cornwall has been able to put up 100+ plus speed rating numbers, and even if a big chunk of that is contributed by frontrunner Karrie Baloga, the Green Dragons appear to have enough depth through to the sixth spot to take its first S9-A win since the 5-class era year of 2010.
