Summary:  Corning's Sectional winning streak, which has been running from 2012 onward, will be extended by the State's top-ranked Hawks. Jack Gregorski and Austin Bange give Corning a lot of punching power at the top, and then a pack of guys can step up to fill any of the next three spots on the squad. Ithaca should get 2nd here and send at least three guys to States.

Summary:  Two years ago Vestal was the runner-up, but Owego was reclassified to Class C and now the Golden Bears look pretty well set to pick up their first Sectional title since back-to-back wins in Class A in 2009 and 2010 during the five-class era. The virtual tally has it at 26-40 for Vestal over UE.

Summary:   Although Owego Free Academy looks to be safely ahead here with a 47-78-80 score over Oneonta and Lansing in the virtual, the margin at a lot of spots is narrow enough to see this as a low-grade capsaicin burn for a few coaches on the Chenango Valley States home course. Owego does have enough depth to likely overcome any small adversities.

Summary: S4-D has about fifty schools listed as potentially fielding XC squads, but in 2019 only ten teams had a full squad. This year Trumansburg has dropped down to Class D from C and should have the depth to win the title handily.
