Girls Eastern State Championships - Teams
Recap: NY No. 3 has stayed local for much of the season, but have been racing strong all season. Ridgewood NJ had been laying low, not racing its top seven until the starting line of Manhattan. It was the prior strategy that proved to find success, as the girls of Bethlehem established contact as a team early, and managed to hold that strong compression of only 15secs for their 2-5 runners. They also take down Corning, who had won the merge at McQuaid, and were the No. 2 team at Pre-States behind FM.
