Top Athletes: Hannah Kaercher (Fayetteville-Manlius) - 138, Izzie Sullivan (Fayetteville-Manlius) - 138, Pipher Reid (Chenango Forks) - 132, Jaelyn Chrysler (Owego) - 121, Sam Damico (Lake Placid) - 114

Breakdown: The Manlius girls are the big draw here, both as a team and individually, but there are plenty of athletes looking to fill in the gaps between.


Girls Race 4 - 10:30am

Top Athletes: Kate Putman (Cicero-North Syracuse) - 136, Alexa Doe (South Jefferson) - 126, Sam Woodworth (Horseheads) - 126, Lizzie Lucason (Camden) - 126+, Brynn Bernard (South Lewis) - 120, Lexi Bernard (South Lewis) - 119, Gabby Putman (Cicero-North Syracuse) - 114, Sierra Doody (Webster Schroeder) - 112, Hannah Goetz (Springville) - 111

Breakdown: Section 3 looks to have piled into this race, as several of the big names should converge. Kate Putman won a relaxed race at VVS, before clocking 135 at a dual meet the following Wednesday. Lizzie Lucason is a reigning State Champ, and has knowledge of what it's like to race at Chenango.


Girls Race 6 - 11:30am

Top Athletes: Emily Toth-Ratazzi (Rome Free Academy) - 138, Emilia O'Leary (East Aurora) - 130, Madalenn Fee (Red Jacket) - 108, Julia Schriefer (Wheatley) - 108

Breakdown: After a breakout spring, Emily Toth-Ratazzi looks to be racing the clock here, very capable of capturing the individual merge winning time.


Girls Race 8 - 12:30pm

Top Athletes: Trinity Wells (Newark) - 128, Sarah Lawson (Corning) - 127, Leonni Griffin (Shaker) - 125, Faithe Ketchum (Corning) - 124, Rachel Miller (Mohonasen) - 121, Kyleen Brady (Auburn) - 118, Kaleigh Higgins (Shaker) - 118, Leah Richardson (James I. O'Neill) - 107

Breakdown: The closest individual battle of the day is set here, with a trio of girls looking good for the win.  Shaker and Corning also makes for a nice team battle, with the girls from Section 2 getting the nod heading in.


Girls Race 10 - 1:30pm

Breakdown: With Saratoga a late scratch, this race is wide open on the team front. Candace Tytler has a gap on the field on paper, but Maddie Dinneen has 5 of 6 head-to-head matchups with Tytler, meaning this might not yet be decided.
