Connecticut Girls XC Class M- SS - S Previews + NEPSTA Group

Class SS's Top Teams

Most of the smaller teams did not post results last year, and only the Shoreline conference can provide much info. in 2019 Haddam-Killingworth won a narrow victory in the Class SS battle over Immaculate, which is now down in S. The Cougars were a close 2nd to East Hampton in Shoreline championship and the return five of their top six led by Isabel Beradino and Ava DiMatteo, so they will be be in the hunt for conference and Class SS titles this year.

East Hampton goes one better than HK because it should be returning its top seven from last year led by Shoreline winner Kaylee Grave, 3rd place finisher Savannah Garcia, and 6th place finisher Jessica Starr. Gravel, Starr and two other returners are seniors, so the Bellringers will have a little urgency in getting the job done this year.
