With the indoor season quickly approaching The Armory is getting ready for your arrival. This week new lines and markings were painted on the track and throughout the building. The throwing cage has been fixed up and the record boards are being updated.
So the question is - Are YOU ready?
Coaches: Have you seen the meet schedule and the training information?
Athletes: Are you in the weight room and doing your running?
Officials: Are those starting guns cleaned up and ready to fire off hundreds of times each meet?
We hope so. High School practice starts in NY State November 8th. We'll see you very soon.
