Top Sprint Relay Schools In NY Based On Average 300m Times

The sprint relays are some of the most exciting races in Track & Field, not only become of the speed and dexterity needed for their completion, but also because in most meet schedules, they are the deciding factors in the team outcomes.  Split directly in between the 4x200m and 4x400m splits is the open 300m.  To get a gauge of the top teams in the state in each of those two relays, we pulled in the four best athletes from each school over 300m, averaged them together, and ranked them.  Check out if your school is running to it's full potential.
