What The Numbers Say: Senior Sam Lawler has been remarkably consistent this year, only once running something other than a 187. No other athlete in this field has been able to match that this year, so it gives Lawler a cushion heading into the meet. He also picked up a win at Pre-States, proving he knows the course.
What Can Change: Lawler isn't the top returner in the field, Tom Cirrito is. Cirrito put together a very strong race at Sectionals, and looks to be peaking at the right time. Ryan Allison is another interesting development. In Class C & D, a sophomore plays favorite in the race. Could Allison add another Classification to that list?
