Summary:  Syosset won a 65-71 squeaker over Oceanside last year, but this year the Braves should be far ahead. Emily Berg was 5th last year as the lone non-senior among the top six runners, and after a win in Race 1 of the County meet she looks ready to capture the title.

Summary:   South Side won a 42-43 classic over North Shore last year. This year the situation is different as the Cyclones have 2018 runner-up Carly Woelfel leading the team, but 2018 champ Olivia Duca is not with the team. North Shore's pack appears primed to win the S8-B this year after running far ahead of the other teams at the County meet. Woelfel will be among the favorites for the individual title, but Fiona Haegeland who finished 5th last year and Marissa Spottiswood who was 18th as a freshman should be on her heels.

2

Wheatley

48.6

Keys, Schriefer, O'Keefe, Ustick, Tostani
Summary:  Last Oyster Bay scored 15 as Wheatley did not have a full team, but this year there looks to be more of a contest, though Oyster Bay's depth should win out. Greta Flanagan and Emmie Keys went 1-2 last year and look ready to have a great duel again this year but with both runners flying at a much higher level this time.
