Summary:  The margin was 1 point last year in nasty conditions that saw Fayetteville-Manlius top Liverpool 43-44 to keep its 14-year streak of Sectional wins going. This year the Hornets should win by much more as the top-rated team in the state, and FM's margin over CNS at SCAC of 30 will likely be closer to the mark. Claire Walters bids for her fourth straight S3-A win in her senior season, winning it every year she has run except as an 8th grader when she finished 3rd but made up for the lone blemish by capturing the 2015 States title instead.

Summary:  Last year CBA Syracuse won S3-B by 35-40 over Camden, which this year moved down to Class C. This year though the Brothers come in with a strong top trio including 2018 States runner-up Olivia Morganti, half of last year's squad was lost to graduation or injuries and CBA now has a gaping hole in the middle. New Hartford has a well-balanced pack behind Kaylee Lacreta and should win here. The virtual projected score is:
*** New Hartford 59, CBA 77, Oneida 88, Chittenango 96
Morganti may get a challenge from Oneida's Maddy Mack but will likely win comfortably.

Summary:  South Lewis moved up from Class D and sports the highest speed rating behind the 133 TR trio of Hannah Ielfield and Lexi and Brynn Bernard. Camden moved down from Class C and has a strong top trio of Lizzie and Morgan Lucason and Haley Hinds, but also a more solid 4-5 duo. Clinton has the most balanced team but not the high speed ratings of South Lewis and Camden. The projected virtual score is at:
*** Camden 60, South Lewis 81, Clinton 89, South Jefferson 111
South Lewis may take the first three places, but Lizzie Lucason's Camden team should win its first Sectional title in this super tough C group. Clinton's Eva Borton won last year in her senior year, and this time anyone of the top quartet could take it.

Summary:   Last.year's S3-D classic with three of the state's top 4 Class D teams served as essentially the state championship race. Tully beat South Lewis in the mud by a point at 43-44, capping off an extraordinary day of races for the Section 3 girls that saw the four Class winners take their titles by a combined 18 points. Tully went on to capture the States D championship, and the Black Knights are again the top ranked D team and should have a much easier time winning a repeat S3-D title with South Lewis gone up to Class C. Brooke Rauber took the Sectional and State titles last year before placing 6th at Nationals, and she will win again here.
