Summary:  Hackley is well out in front as the 2nd ranked Class C team in the state, and the Hornets were well ahead of Collegiate in the Ivy Prep race a week ago, which usually foreshadows the action at the AIS championship. Reigning champ Trinity is a little further back and has a young top 3 that may be showing strong the next two years, but the Tigers are a ways further back at this point. Packer could pull a surprise, but doesn't seem to have everything set for this year. Dalton, Horace Mann, and Fieldston should be filling in for the last seven spots.

Last year RCDS's Tobias Wolfson won the NYSAIS title but he has been hampered by injuries and may not be in this year's race. Hackley's Jonah Gorevic has taken over the role at the top of the AIS and after a dominating win in the Ivy Prep, Jonah appears set for the win this year.
