Moe Abusway, who was notably absent from high school postseason competition, made his return from injury on Saturday at the AAU District Columbus meet and pocketed a decisive victory in the 110 hurdles contest.
The Strongsville grad, and Columbia University commit, opened his summer campaign with a 15.26 effort in his signature event. Abusway intends to compete at next weekend's AAU Region 4 meet, where he'll be seeking a Junior Olympic Games qualifying berth.
