Calculating The Best Combined Returning Hurdlers In NY State

While on the surface, the Sprint Hurdles and the Intermediate Hurdles may seem similar enough, there is quite a bit of difficulty transitioning between the two.  For the girls, the 400H hurdle heights are low enough that you can see some distance runners entered, but can they compete over the High Hurdles?  And for boys, those with the 400m endurance may not have the speed for the 110's.

We took all returners from 2018, who competed in both the hurdle events, then added up the times, and ranked them by speed.  Check out who came out on top.
