Colonial Forge Track Coach Arrested For Soliciting Minor


Delvin Ladon Jackson, 37, an interim track and field coach at Colonial Forge High School in Stafford, Virginia, was arrested on Wednesday on charges that he solicited prostitution from a boy under the age of 16 who attends the school, the Free Lance Star reported reports

Jackson was charged with three felony counts of soliciting prostitution from a minor under the age of 16, said Amanda Vicinanzo, a spokeswoman for the Stafford County Sheriff's Office. 

Jackson, who was as security officer at the school, was picked up by police at Colonial Forge High School on Wednesday and was taken to the Rappahannock Regional Jail, where he received no bond. 

According to the Free Lance Star, each charge is a Class 5 felony which carries a "maximum penalty of 10 years in prison."

Former head coach Henry Booth will serve as the school's interim coach for the state indoor championships, sources told MileStat.com.
