It's the day of the PSAL 'City Champs.'  The best of the boroughs will converge on the Armory, to decide their team for the Federation Champions in early March.  The meet always brings out some of the best times of the season, and this year should be no different.  As it unfolds, check out who has ruled the roost over the last ten years.
