Here are the spring season numbers to be used at many league meets (contact meet director to know if you need them at your league meet), all County meets, all Class meets, and the state qualifier meet. We will also you the same numbers at The Somers Invitational and the Somers F/S Champs.
ON MEET DAY: Simply write each athletes number on their index card in addition to their name, school, event, and seed. PLEASE MAKE SURE WE CAN READ THE NUMBER AND IDENTIFY IT FROM OTHER NUMBERS ON THE CARDS.
Many schools did not complete the registration process that was handed out in March. Some schools entered the meet but didn't enter any athletes. In both of these cases I downloaded all of the athlete listed on your roster on ArmoryTrack.com.
The only reason to contact me is if athletes that will be competing this spring are not listed on the attached list. DO NOT EMAIL ME AND TELL ME YOU HAVE KIDS LISTED WHO ARE NOT ON YOUR TEAM - THAT DOESN'T MATTER. The reason these athletes are listed is because you did not follow directions.
If anyone wants/needs the RaceTab file that includes all events we contest at any of the championship meets please email Tim Fulton. The athletes are already loaded in this file. To download a FREE copy of RaceTab meet manager, go here. http://racetab.milesplit.com/ Many coaches and meet directors are starting to use this now, including Somers, Beacon, Pearl River, and Byram Hills. Janie Howell at Suffern also uses it. The software uses the number system and scores the meet for you.
