Why Watch: An athlete so new, we couldn't find a picture in the archives. Weber raced twice last spring, and then twice this Indoor Season, not including relay work. But it was her latest effort in the 600m that shows true potential, as in her fourth race, she drops a US #3 in the event. The junior could come out of nowhere to shake up the scene, challenging upstate's Vanessa Watson for the title.
