Summary: Ward Melville was the surprise winner in a pck of teams that were very close in the ratings. This year Sachem East has separated from the field and should be back to its customary place at the top. Blazing Arrow frontrunner Lindsey Dodenhoff should be in a battle with Bay Shore's Roshni Singh for the individual win.

Summary: Katherine Lee led her Shoreham-Wading River to the brink of a Nationals berth last year, and though she is the favorite at Sectionals and States, it is Mount Sinai that has emerged as the favorite in the S11-B race behind the trio of Sarah Connelly, Kaitlyn Chandrika, and Noreen Guilfoyle.
