Coverage - Nick Hughes runs to new meet record in 2K steeple (6:25.8) as Nortch Rockland looks very good early, winning the 4x400 over Newburgh in 3:29 and the SHR in 47.1

Danielle McHolder of NFA runs 66.0 for the 400m hurdles while Jackie Gamboli of North Rockland runs 10.27.6 3K.
