The Trailer: Watkins
Glen and Mount Academy seem set for another year of battling at the
top, but this season there are a pack of teams including
Vernon-Verona-Sherrill, Saranac Lake, Irvington, Albany Academy and
Newfane who are close enough for a challenge. Watkins Glen had enough at
Pre-States to beat out Class B East Aurora in race 3, but it will be
looking to increase the depth at the back. With Trinity, Collegiate, and
Poly Prep getting ready to develop this year's AIS champion, the trio
can be expected to make moves in the rankings soon.
