This Year's Outlook
The long wait finally ended as the Knights captured their first CHSAA championship in 85 years, and now with lead runner Giancarlo Cipri gone, the big task of defending the title begins. Oettl, Crorkin, Gwyn-Rowson, and Donahue all finished in the top 26 for Xavier, but many of the other teams also have most of their top guys back, so the Knights will need some of the younger guys to develop very fast for a senior-heavy squad.
