Fordham's Wayne Seaton wins 55HH and 300, both in school record times of 7.4 and 35.4. Fordham jumped out to a big lead in the team scoring early on and held off Monsignor Farrell 94-61. Farrell's Alex Orlanddo won the 1600-3200 double with times of 4:29 and 9:45.
One thing that jumps out about the CHSAA team scoring meets, meaning the sectionals and the intersectionals, is that they run just about every event under the sun. They do the 300, 400, 600, 800, 1000, 1600, and 3200 runs. They also have a two event limit per athlete. This favors the teams with depth and makes coaches find more athletes to score in meets.
