*PSAL I.D. numbers are required for all events. Any athlete who competes with a competitor number other than his/her own will be disqualified from the meet.

*Check-in cards are to be handed in by athletes for all events. The PSAL I.D. number must be listed for each athlete.

*In the freshman events, medals will be given to the top three finishers.

This rule requires that all PSAL teams must maintain a minimum of twelve athletes on roster, six of whom must compete on the day of a PSAL meet.

*This meet is mandated and is part of the school’s ten meet requirement for the 2008-09 season.

Teams may only compete on the day they are scheduled.

**Open pit- The triple jump and long jump will be run as open pits. When the event is called, ALL contestants for the event must sign- in, get their steps and run-throughs. Once competition starts, only run-backs (from the board back to the runway) are permitted. No run-throughs into the pit are permitted. When the pit is closed, a “time for competition” will be determined by the Referee in conjunction with meet management. It is the responsibility of the athlete to take his/her jumps during this time. The athlete must wear their assigned PSAL number and, in the case of the triple jump, tell the event judge which board they will be using. If finals are to be held in these events, the names of the finalists will announced before the finals are conducted.

Approved rosters must be entered on the web site by noon, Thursday December 4, 2008.
