Frances Koons of Allentown Central Catholic had one of her best races ever, finishing 3rd in 4:57.62. St. Hubert senior Amy Kelly also represented PA well, getting 5th in 4:59.75. Way to go PA! Steve Hallinan did not start due to injury.
