Workout Wednesday: Dryden Sprinters Prep For NY State Meet

The NY State Meet is approaching, and the state's best are getting in their final pre state workouts. The Dryden squad is focused on state titles in 2016. They are led by standout Abbey Yatsko, who has competed in NY State Meets every year going back to 8th grade in events ranging from the 55m to the 5K in cross country. The Cornell bound senior has only been hurdling for a few months, but now has her best opportunity to win her first state title.
