The race is a little bit closer in the 400m Hurdles. Alyssa Sandy still is the top seed, but Tara Hernandez is closing in. It will take a sub-60 effort to come away with the title, and it looks like only our top two can approach. Sandy took down Hernandez at Loucks by a healthy margin, but expect that gap to close. Abbey Yatsko and Natalie Bernstein are the only two D2 girls under 64, but the margin of error is slim on both their parts, if they want to make anything a sure bet. | ||||
