Paul Robeson is not the top seed, only because their Season Best came before the Penn Relays. They should be considered the favorite, but they are not untouchable, as evidenced at Loucks, where North Rockland took them down for their season best, based on a bad handofff on Robeson's part. The whole thing can come down to handoffs, and Newburgh proved they were capable of making a run at the title at their qualifier. No surprise that Tapestry is the top 4x100m seed, as they have athletes favored to win the 100m and the 200m.
