knew the margins of victory wouldn't be great. The field was so
closely seeded, there was no clear favorite. It would all come down to
who wanted it more. DeGraw, whose spent every Indoor season for four years navigating the turns of Cornell, powered through the competition to make it a two man race. Riverhead's Luke Coulter wanted to keep the title on Long Island, and made a strong effort to come alongside DeGraw at the line. However, he ran out of real estate, and DeGraw just edged him for the win. | |||||
