Louise Clark, famed Armory singer and accomplished veteran track and field athlete, passed away this past weekend after a long illness. Louise, so often introduced by Armory announcer Ian Brooks as "The Armory Diva", sang as only she could our National Anthem under the USA flag going back to 1995. Over one million high school student-athletes have stood during her electric singing to honor our country. We will honor Louise, always, for her indomitable spirit and devotion to The Armory. - Dr. Norbert Sander
