New York College Runners Go Big at 2015 Nationals

Summary:  Providence finished 1-2 in the Northeast Regional with two runners each in the top lineup, with Katie Lembo and Lauren Mullins finishing 9th and 11th for the Friars and Shaylyn Tuite and Cassia Hameline placing 12th and 20th for the Orange. Stony Brook's Christina Melian was the top NY finisher with a 3rd. Overall in all the regionals, Princeton's Emily De La Bruyere captured the top place for the NY crew with a 2nd in the Mid Atlantic regional. Villanova's Bella Burda and Georgetown's Heather Martin also earned spots with their teams, upping the total for NY D1 runners at Nationals to 8.
