Philadelphia, PA - While
it may have been opening weekend for New York Track, in that times can
now be used as auto-qualifiers for States, the weather still didn't want
to cooperate. One of the coldest Penn Relays that I can remember,
still managed to produce great performances, and great matchups. Check
