Girls 200m
State of the Action: Halie Snyder continues her improvement, hitting NY #17 in taking second in the half lap sprint.

State of the Action: Here's a talent to watch out for. Opening up her first 800m in around 2:16, Flower even split the race to power home to a NY #2 performance, just behind XC and Indoor State Champ Jess Lawson. Running for Schalmont, Flower was a former swimmer, turning to XC for the first time this fall. She is coached by Rich Kranick, brother of Saratoga's Art Kranick, and her mark looks to be the third fastest D2 mark in the last 7 years, behind only Mary Cain, and Kelsey Margey.
