Knightdale NC boys run 1:31.38 to take the 800 Sprint Medley and earn a US #1 ranking for the season!

  • Wesley Frazier capped her historic weekend with a blazing 4:39.66 in the mile after winning the 5k Friday and 2 Mile yesterday! WOW!!
  • John Crossley (NC) crushed the field and set a meet record in the 800m run with his blazing 1:48.01 clocking.  Isaac Clark (NJ) was 2nd in 1:49.27, Chris Ibarra (TX) was 3rd in 1:49.90 and Nathan Kiley (VA) was 4th in 1:49.99! Blazing race!!
  • Ceolamar Ways (FL) won the boys 200 dash with a quick 20.85 into nearly a 2.0 wind! Trayvon Bromell (FL) was a fast 2nd in 20.91.
  • Sabrina Southerland (NY) won a quick 800m run with a time of 2:06.26 over Alexa Efraimson (WA) in 2:07.04.
  • Olivia Baker (NJ) snagged teh 400m dash with a fast 53.08 clocking, over a second up on the field!
  • Michael Cherry (VA) blazed to a 46.06 winning clocking in the 400m dash with Lamar Bruton (DE) 2nd in 46.21 and Zyaire Clemes (NJ) 3rd in 46.28.
  • Henry Wynne (CT) took a solid Mile field with his winning 4:07.84 clocking.  Jack Keelan (IL) came back off his 4th place 5k showing for a great 2nd place effort in 4:08.73.  
  • Marlon Humphrey (AL) torched the track to win the 400H with a time of 50.25 with Timothy Holmes (FL) 2nd in 50.61.
  • Tametris Morrison (NC) won the girls 400H with a time of 59.59.
  • Milford MI ("Red Tide TC") wins boys 4x1 Mile Relay in 17:16.12
  • Walnut Hills OH wins girls 800 Sprint Medley in 1:46.19
  • Knightdale NC wins boys 800 Sprint Medley in 1:31.38, US #1
  • Medgar Evers NY won the girls 4x100m relay in 46.01.
  • Edna Karr LA won the boys 4x100m relay in 40.54.
  • Columbia NJ girls continued to dominate the relays, winning the 4x400m relay in a swift 3:40.36.  
  • Western Branch VA won the boys 4x400m relay with a thrillingly fast time of 3:11.09 over Knightdale NC in 3:11.32 and Union Catholic NJ in 3:11.45! 
  • Westerville OH won the boys DMR with a time of 10:07.13 over Carmel NY in 10:08.22.
  • West Springfield VA won the girls DMR with a time of 11:51.46.
  • Saline MI ("Spirit of Pre TC") wins girls 4x1 Mile Relay in 20:30.32  
  • Megan Glasmann (UT) won the girls Javelin with a toss of 159-01.
  • Jennifer Slagus PA wins girls Hammer Throw with a mark of 167' 5"
  • Daven Murphree (TX) won the boys Pole Vault with an impressive 17-00 clearance.
  • Courtney Corrin, the formidable CA frosh, won the girls Long Jump in 20-07.25 to defeat a strong Keturah Orji (NJ) who was 2nd in 20-06.25.
  • Andre Jefferson (TX) won the boys Long Jump with a leap of 25-04.50.
  • Magdayln Ewen (MN) threw a bomb to win the girls Shot Put in 54-03.75.
  • James Plummer (NJ) won the boys Discus with a toss of 197-00.
  • Myles Bearden (GA) won the boys high jump in an impressive battle with Steve Dunbar (VA) as both reached a height of 7-00.25.
  • Abby Jones (PA) won a close battle over state-mate Megan McCloskey with both jumpers clearing 5-08.50.

  • Wesley Frazier (NC) bided her time in the 2 mile, after winning the 5k last night, and kicked home to the win with a big time performance of 10:07.35!!
  • Wakefield (NC) girls won their 2nd title of the weekend with a blazing 4x200m relay time of 1:36.39 for US#1.  
  • Edna Karr (LA) boys won the 4x200m relay in 1:25.92 after Lakewood (FL) was handed a late DQ.  
  • Bailey Roth (CO) won the boys 2k Steeple from the slow heat despite never hurdling a barrier before!
  • Keelin Hollwoood (NY) defended her title in the 2k Steeplechase with a 6:43.96 clocking.
  • Columbia (NJ) girls rolled to a US#2 All-Time clocking in the 1600m SMR relay with a blazing 3:52.07 clocking, winning by over 10 seconds.  
  • Western Branch (VA) won the girls shuttle hurdle relay with a blazing US#2 All-Time mark of 57.74!!  From a different heat, New Rochelle (NY) was 2nd with a US#4 All-Time clocking!
  • Ky Westbrook (AZ) won the girls 100m dash with a quick 11.62 clocking!
  • Trayvon Bromell (FL) took down Cameron Burrell (TX) in the boys 100m dash with a 10.41 clocking into a 2.4 wind!!
  • Sean McGorty (VA) hammered the pace to win the boys 2 mile with a US#16 All-Time 8:45.61 clocking! 
  • Columbia (NJ) won the girls 4x800m relay with a big anchor and a time of 9:01.12.
  • Raber TC (IN) put up a huge time to win the boys 4x800m relay with a blazing 7:39.77!
  • Jeremiah Green (FL) won the boys triple jump with a big 52-02 leap!
  • Braheme Days (NJ) won the boys shot put with a big throw of 68-6.5.
  • Rudy Winkler (NY) set a huge meet record with a massive throw of 251-8.
  • Wellington Zaza (PA) won the boys 110 Hurdles with a blazing 13.54 clocking! 
  • Kendell Williams (GA) won the girls 100 Hurdles with a quick 13.40 clocking.
  • Magdayln Ewen (MNO won the girls discus throw with a huge 166-01 toss.
  • Emily Savage (CT) defeated Annie Rhodes (TX) in the pole vault 12-10.75 to 12.6.75.
  • Keturah Orji (NJ) put up a huge mark to win the girls triple jump with a huge 43-9.25.
  • Brittany McGee (FL) won the heptathlon with a score of 4627, holding off Aminah Ghaffar (NC) by 45 points
  • Harrison Williams (TN) led the octathlon wire to wire, scoring 5921 to win by almost 300 points.

  • Wesley Frazier (NC) absolutely dominated the 5000m run after a swift opening pace by Erin Finn (MI).  Frazier took control over the final mile and showed amazing strength as she closed in 5:02 to win with a meet record and US#5 clocking of 15:55.52.  Finn finished 2nd with a US#13 All-Time performance of 16:17.89.
  • Jacob Leingang (ND) dominated the finish of the boys 5000m race, winning and smashing the meet record with a clocking of 14:11.60, while all at the same time defending his title from last year.
  • Wakefield (NC) girls dominated in the 1000m Swedish Relay with a meet record and winning time of 2:08.98.  Former meet record holders Columbia (NJ) were 2nd in 2:13.46 without Oliva Baker.
  • Western Branch (VA) won over Union Catholic (NJ) in the boys 1000m Swedish Relay with times of 1:53.54 to 1:54.10.
  • Annica Penn won the girls 1 Mile Racewalk with a time of 7:29.87.
  • Tyler Bard (ME) won the boys 1 Mile Racewalk with a time of 7:16.78.
