Day 1 Highlights
- Edward Cheserek got the baton 8 seconds back from Eric Holt (Carmel NY) but closed in a stellar 4:03.63 after going out in 2:00 to seal the win for St. Benedict's in the boys DMR with a time of 10:06.45.
- Mamaroneck (NY) wins the girls DMR with a US#2 clocking of 11:46.56.
Day 2 Highlights
- Ryan Udvadia (Shoreham-Wading River) has a huge kick to win the boys 3200m run in 9:02.06, which stands as NY #2 only an hour after Nick Ryan (Fayetteville-Manlius) soloed his first race of the season at the Oneida Invite, winning in a superb 8:55.6 clocking.
- Sabrina Southerland (Benjamin Cardozo) won the girls 800m run with a very fast 2:06.97 clocking.
- Ryan Manahan (Marcellus) holds off Dylan Murphy (Kellenberg) at the line in the 800m, with a new state leading mark of 1:52.28 to Murphy's 1:52.67.
- Briyah Brown (New Rochelle) has a big outdoor PR in the Shot, setting a new Section 1 Record with 46-0.75. Billy Bishop edges out Iona Prep teammate Will Pope by half an inch, to win the boys shot in 56-11.25
- Ryheim Lawes (Liverpool) clocks 11.00 to win the boys 100m, while Symone Darius (New Rochelle) wins it for the girls in 12.19.
