As a junior in high school, I started the precursor to flrunners.com as a homepage for my high school team (Sebring High). Over the years it has evolved into what it is today. Later, I founded and continue to head up the MileSplit Network.

I am married to a wonderful girl named Melinda and we live in Apopka, outside of Orlando, Florida. We have a 2-year-old daughter named Ansley and a Boston Terrier puppy named Kermit.
