Monday, August 1, 2011: Entries and rosters open at noon
Friday, September 16, 2011: Entries close at noon at regular fees.
Sunday, September 18, 2011: Entries re-open at late fees
Monday, October 3, 2011: Entries and roster changes close at noon
Sunday October 9, 2011: Day of meet
Fees for the 2011 meet:
Team fees: $30.00
Team late fees: $40.00
Individual fees: $6.00 (Intermediate race only)
Individual late fees: $10.00 (Intermediate race only)

3000 MEDALS - 75 medals in every race (40 races).
490 T-SHIRTS - 7 T-Shirts to members of the first 5 teams in all Varsity Races (Boys & Girls) All Winners will have "Team Champions" on back of T-Shirts.
31 WATCHES - Winner of each Varsity Boys & Varsity Girls Race and Fastest non-winner. Additionally, 7 watches to the Boys and Girls team that Wins the Eastern States Championship Team Race.
82 TROPHIES - 2 Team Trophies in all scoring races, except 5 in the Eastern States Girls and Eastern States Boys.
15 WINDBREAKERS - Winning Team Coaches in the Varsity Boys and Varsity Girls Races.
SPECIAL REEBOK AWARDS - Gifts to each of the winning Varsity Teams.
